Our company is obliged to participate in the arbitration proceedings initiated by this organisation.
Disputes arising with consumer agreements for district heating, water or energy services which cannot be resolved amicably between the contractual parties have to be clarified in normal legal proceedings. MVV Energie does not participate in dispute settlement proceedings.
