The Examination of our application for a Development Consent Order is now complete. The Examining Authority now has three months to make their decision whether to recommend granting consent or not. Following the recommendation, the relevant Secretary of State (currently the Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero) will have a further three months to decide whether to grant the order.
MVV will not be informed of the Examining Authority’s recommendation; we anticipate the outcome of our application to be decided by 21st February 2024.
We would like to thank all parties who engaged constructively in the Examination process.
