We are committed to continuous community involvement, ensuring that people have a direct line of communication with MVV. One of the ways that we do this is through liaison groups, with regular meetings for various audiences.
The Community Liaison Group (CLG) has been meeting since January 2025. This group provides an open forum for questions sent in advance to be answered and for attendees to ask further questions in-person. Meetings are currently held quarterly.
The Business Liaison Group (BLG) is an opportunity for local businesses to raise specific topics relevant to their operations. To date, no businesses have taken up this offer and we hope that engagement via this channel will increase as construction progresses.
The Operator Liaison Group (OLG) is a more formal group which includes representatives from the Host Local Authorities, the Regulator, and other Statutory Bodies. Representatives from the CLG also attend, as well as other interested parties. Meetings are currently held quarterly and minutes are published here.
